Role & responsibilities
Hands-on experience in employee engagement and recognition initiatives
Manage health, wellness, and workplace facilities
Hands-on execution of employee onboarding and induction, including EPF/ESI registrations and compliance with statutory requirements.
Ability to handle employee relations, exits, and HR processes
Manage end-to-end HR operations, employee Life Cycle, maintain accurate HR dashboards using MS Excel to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as headcount, turnover rates, and employee engagement scores.

Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic initiatives that drive business growth through effective people practices.

Preferred candidate profile

4 - 8+ years of relevant HR experience post-MBA, preferably in a manufacturing, plant, or corporate HR setting.
