The HR Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, employee coordination, recruitment support, attendance and leave management, employee records, payroll coordination, and general HR administration. The role requires good communication skills, confidentiality, organization, and the ability to coordinate effectively with employees and management.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and follow-ups.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
Coordinate joining formalities and employee onboarding.
Prepare appointment letters, offer letters, and other HR documents.
Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
Employee Records & HR Documentation
Maintain accurate and updated employee personal and employment records.
Maintain HR files, attendance records, leave records, and statutory documents.
Prepare HR letters such as appointment, confirmation, transfer, promotion, relieving, and experience certificates.




Ensure confidentiality of employee information.
Attendance, Leave & Payroll Support
Monitor daily employee attendance and late-coming/early-leaving records.
Maintain leave records and monthly attendance reports.
Coordinate with the finance/payroll team for salary processing.
Provide information related to leave, deductions, incentives, and attendance for payroll preparation.
Required Skills
Positive verbal and written communication skills.

Educational Qualification

Any Bachelor's Degree / MBA HR / MSW / equivalent qualification in Human Resources or related field.

Experience

1–3 years of experience in HR/Admin is preferred.
Freshers with valuable communication and organizational skills may also be considered.
