Job Role: Laptop Service Technician

Job Description
Diagnose and repair ASUS laptops at customer locations.
Troubleshoot hardware and software-related issues.
Replace faulty components such as:
LCD Panels
Keyboards
Batteries
Motherboards
RAM
SSDs
Cooling Fans
Other laptop components
Perform OS installation, driver updates, BIOS updates, and system configuration.
Handle warranty and service-related complaints professionally.
Maintain accurate service reports and update repair status.
Follow ASUS service procedures, technical guidelines, and quality standards.
Conduct onsite service visits and provide timely technical support.
Travel to customer locations as required.

Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: ITI, Diploma, or equivalent technical qualification preferred.
Experience: 1–3 Years in laptop/computer repair.
Hands-on experience in laptop hardware troubleshooting is required.
ASUS laptop repair experience will be an advantage.
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to travel for onsite service calls.
Valid two-wheeler driving license is preferred.

Salary
₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Salary will depend on experience and technical skills.
