Job Description

We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter to join our team in Bhopal. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in US IT staffing, candidate sourcing, screening, and client submissions.

Key Responsibilities
Source IT professionals through Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and other recruiting platforms.
Screen candidates based on job requirements and technical skills.
Submit qualified candidates to clients and hiring managers.
Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and candidate communication.
Understand US work authorization categories such as H1B, Green Card, EAD, and US Citizens.
Maintain candidate records and ensure timely submissions.
Work toward daily/weekly recruitment targets.

Requirements
Prior experience in US IT Staffing/Recruitment preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable understanding of US IT hiring and recruitment processes.
Solid sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
Goal-oriented and team-focused approach.
Comfortable working in the US night shift.
