About the Role

Ishvek Services Private Limited is looking for a proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online footwear business across various e-commerce platforms and our online sales channels.

The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in the footwear, D2C industry, with practical knowledge of product listing, marketplace operations, inventory management, order processing, and online sales.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of the company's online footwear business.
Add, update, and maintain footwear product listings, including product titles, descriptions, specifications, images, sizes, prices, and inventory.
Manage product listings across marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and other e-commerce platforms.
Create and maintain accurate size charts,



product attributes, variation listings, SKUs, and product information.
Monitor orders, cancellations, returns, exchanges, refunds, and customer-related issues.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order processing, packing, dispatch, and delivery.
Monitor product inventory and ensure accurate stock availability across different sales channels.
Regularly check marketplace account health, listing status, suppressed listings, quality issues, and other platform-related problems.
Assist in improving product visibility, search ranking, conversions, and overall online sales.
Coordinate with marketing and social media teams for promotions, offers, campaigns, and product launches.
Upload and optimize product images according to marketplace requirements.
Identify and resolve issues related to product listings, catalogues, pricing, inventory, orders, and marketplace panels.
