Job Role: Plumber

Job Description
Handle plumbing operations, maintenance, and repair activities in gated community apartment complexes.
Maintain and repair water supply, drainage, and sanitation systems.
Attend resident plumbing complaints and resolve issues within the required TAT.
Inspect pipelines, valves, pumps, water tanks, fixtures, and other plumbing components regularly.
Identify and repair leakages, blockages, and plumbing system faults.
Support preventive maintenance schedules and attend emergency breakdowns.
Coordinate with external vendors for major plumbing works when required.
Maintain daily work records and material usage logs.
Follow site SOPs, safety procedures, and maintenance standards.
Ensure uninterrupted water supply and proper drainage across the residential community.

Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Plumbing or relevant trade certification
Experience: 2–5 Years
Experience in gated communities, apartments, high-rise residential buildings, or commercial buildings is preferred.
Knowledge of residential plumbing systems and fittings.
Knowledge of STP, WTP, pumps, and underground pipelines will be an advantage.
Ability to work independently and handle emergency situations.
Positive communication skills with residents and team members.
