Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Bench Sales Recruiter to manage and market consultants on bench, build vendor/client relationships, and generate interview and placement opportunities in the US IT staffing market.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and market IT consultants available on bench across US time zones.
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, implementation partners, recruiters, and clients.
Market consultants through vendor portals, LinkedIn, Dice, job boards, and email campaigns.
Negotiate rates, understand client requirements, and submit suitable consultants.
Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, submissions, and offer/placement processes.
Maintain accurate consultant and submission records in ATS/CRM systems.
Build and maintain a strong network of US IT staffing vendors and clients.
Track market trends, requirements, and consultant demand.
Meet weekly/monthly submission, interview, and placement targets.




Ensure timely communication with consultants and internal recruitment teams.

Required Skills
4–7 years of proven experience in US IT Bench Sales / Bench Sales Recruitment.
Robust knowledge of the US IT staffing and recruitment lifecycle.
Experience working with W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models.
Robust understanding of US work authorization and visa types.
Excellent vendor management, negotiation, and communication skills.
Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn, ATS/CRM, and vendor management portals.
Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
Willingness to work in US shift timings.
