Role Overview

Snark Developers is looking for a driven, relationship-first Sales Relationship Manager to lead end-to-end sales for Bandu Eco Crest, our premium villa project in Bengaluru. This is a high-visibility, closing-focused role for someone who thrives on turning high-intent prospects into long-term homeowners through consultative selling, memorable site experiences and genuine relationship-building not a transactional, price-led pitch. You will own the full customer journey, from first enquiry to agreement execution and handover.

Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end sales delivery for Bandu Eco Crest — lead follow-ups, site visits, negotiations and closures — with full accountability for your pipeline.
Convert prospects into homeowners through a consultative, relationship-driven sales approach rather than a purely transactional pitch.
Deliver compelling, detailed project presentations that bring villa features, amenities and the project's eco-friendly design philosophy to life for prospective buyers.




Manage and convert leads efficiently across every channel — walk-ins, digital enquiries and channel partner referrals.
Build and sustain robust channel partner relationships through regular engagement, project updates and joint site visits.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date customer data, sales pipeline and daily MIS reports to support forecasting and leadership decision-making.
Support booking documentation, agreement coordination and a smooth handover process for every closed sale.
Track market trends, competitor activity and evolving customer preferences to keep your sales approach sharp and relevant.

Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred.
Experience: 2–7 years of overall sales experience, with at least 2+ years in real estate, luxury/premium products, or high-ticket consultative selling.
Solid communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills, with the polish to engage premium/
