HR Recruiter – Short Job Description
Source and identify suitable candidates through job portals and skilled networks. 2. Screen resumes based on job requirements and qualifications
. 3. Conduct initial candidate screening and HR interviews.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. 5. Maintain candidate records and recruitment databases. 6. Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process. 7. Prepare and share job descriptions and recruitment communications. 8. Support offer negotiation and onboarding activities. 9. Ensure timely closure of open positions. 10. Maintain confidentiality and follow company recruitment policies.
Pay: ₹23,500.00 - ₹36,800.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Rs Puram, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu
