About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in the footwear industry to manage and streamline day-to-day store/business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of footwear stores/outlets.
Monitor sales, stock availability, inventory movement, and replenishment.
Supervise and manage store staff and ensure optimum manpower utilization.
Track operational KPIs and support achievement of sales targets.
Ensure proper stock handling, inward/outward processes, and inventory accuracy.
Monitor store presentation, visual merchandising, cleanliness, and SOP compliance.
Handle customer escalations and ensure high-quality customer service.
Coordinate with warehouse, purchase, accounts, HR, and management teams.
Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions.
Monitor stock discrepancies, damages, returns, and losses.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operational reports.
Ensure smooth implementation of company policies and processes across outlets.
Candidate Requirements
3–4 years of relevant experience in footwear retail/operations.
Strong understanding of footwear store operations and inventory management.
Experience in handling and supervising store teams.
Good knowledge of sales and operational reporting.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple outlets/tasks.
Proficiency in MS Excel/POS/inventory management systems will be an advantage.
Graduate preferred.
