Designation: Skimmer / Bathman / Dipper

Department: Galvanizing Plant

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain galvanizing bath-related activities as per SOP.

Monitor and control zinc bath temperature and bath condition.

Perform skimming/removal of zinc ash and dross from the bath.

Handle dipping of fabricated/steel components into the zinc bath safely and properly.

Ensure proper immersion, withdrawal and coating quality.

Maintain cleanliness and secure working conditions around the galvanizing bath.

Follow PPE, safety procedures and environmental guidelines.

Coordinate with the galvanizing operator and production team for smooth operation.

Experience: 1–5 years in hot-dip galvanizing plant preferred.

Qualification: ITI / 10th Pass preferred.

Shift: Day/Night rotational shift.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
