Role & Responsibilities
Conduct awareness programmes on child safety, girls health, and hygiene.
Support child protection, education, and dropout student initiatives.
Coordinate with schools, colleges, parents, and communities.
Maintain programme data, MIS, attendance, feedback, and reports.
Monitor activities and support impact analysis.
Prepare regular programme reports.
Travel to assigned schools and project locations.
Preferred Candidate Profile
BSW / MSW/ WCD/MPSW preferred; candidates from Psychology, Education, Women & Child Development (WCD), or related fields may apply.
At least 1 year of relevant NGO/social-sector experience preferred.
Good communication, presentation, facilitation, and coordination skills.
Good documentation and MS Excel/MS Office skills.
Child-friendly, empathetic, and responsible approach.
Willingness to travel to field locations.
