Job Description

Magna Metal & Mill Stores is looking for a Data Entry Operator / Quotation Executive to support our sales team with quotation preparation, product pricing, data entry and order-related documentation.

Candidates with previous experience in electrical switchgear, pumps, industrial products or trading companies will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare customer quotations accurately.
Enter product descriptions, quantities, rates and discounts.
Assist customers and sales staff with pricing.
Maintain and update product price lists.
Maintain quotation records and customer information.
Enter orders and product data accurately.
Coordinate with the store and warehouse for material availability.
Assist with dispatch-related documents.
Follow up internally on pending quotations and orders.
Handle Excel sheets, product codes and pricing data.




Maintain digital and physical records.
Support the sales team with routine back-office work.
