Job Description:

To lead end-to-end Recent Product Development (NPD) activities for technical textiles,

performance fabrics, and functional yarns, from concept to commercialization, ensuring

alignment with customer requirements and market demand.
Current Product Development (NPD)





• Lead complete product development cycle from concept, material selection,

prototyping, testing, and commercialization.

• Develop technical yarns, performance fabrics, and functional textile products

based on customer and market requirements.

• Coordinate with R&D;, Production, and Quality teams for successful product launch.

• Ensure product feasibility, cost optimization, and quality compliance.
Product Commercialization

• Work closely with customers to understand technical specifications and application

requirements.

• Conduct trial runs, validation testing, and performance analysis.

• Support smooth transition from development stage to bulk production.
Market & Business Development

• Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities.

• Support sales and marketing teams in promoting newly developed products.
