Inside Sales Specialist

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have robust communication and sales skills, with experience in selling or handling SaaS products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound sales opportunities for SaaS products and services.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Build and maintain solid, long-term relationships with customers.
Regularly follow up with prospects and existing customers.
Present and explain SaaS product features, benefits, and value propositions clearly.
Manage the complete sales process from initial enquiry to conversion.
Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
Work towards achieving assigned monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams whenever required to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Identify opportunities for upselling and strengthening customer relationships.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales / Inside Sales.




Experience in SaaS sales or SaaS products is strongly preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid sales, negotiation, follow-up, and customer relationship management skills.
Target-oriented and capable of consistently working towards monthly sales goals.
Confident in communicating with prospects and converting leads into customers.
Ability to understand software/SaaS products and explain them effectively to customers.
Self-motivated, responsible, and performance-driven.
