Front Office Executive – Job Description

Position: Front Office Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for a professional and well-organized Front Office Executive to manage the reception area, handle calls and visitors, coordinate with internal departments, and support day-to-day office administration activities.

Key Responsibilities
Attend incoming calls and connect them to the concerned departments or employees.
Welcome and assist visitors and guests in a skilled and courteous manner.
Prepare and maintain the daily visitors list and send necessary communication through email.
Maintain Inward and Outward Registers accurately.
Handle routine office systems and front-office activities.
Coordinate and follow up with drivers regarding office requirements and schedules.




Coordinate with the Admin and Design teams for incoming and outgoing documents.
Maintain courier records, file AWB details, and track courier consignments.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of front-office records.
Perform other office and administrative duties as assigned based on the requirements of the role.

Required Skills

Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and handle routine office activities efficiently.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
