Role & responsibilities
Perform accurate analysis of FISH samples, ensuring appropriate identification and interpretation of FISH signals.
Process and analyze samples related to Solid Tumours and Hematological Malignancies, ensuring positive-quality cell preparation and optimal FISH signal quality.
Perform Prenatal and POC sample processing as per established laboratory protocols and quality standards.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of all processed FISH samples within defined TAT.
Maintain and achieve the defined OTR (On-Time Reporting) targets for FISH.
Ensure proper handling, processing, documentation, and tracking of FISH samples throughout the workflow.
Follow laboratory SOPs, safety guidelines, quality management systems, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Preferred candidate profile
Hands on experience of processing FISH samples
