Equipment Operation:Safely and efficiently operating espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other brewing equipment.
Maintaining Cleanliness:Ensuring the work area, including workstations and customer seating areas, is clean and organized, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Inventory Management:Restocking supplies like cups, lids, and ingredients, as well as potentially placing orders for recent supplies.
Cash Handling:Accurately processing transactions and handling cash and card payments.
Teamwork:Collaborating with other baristas and staff to ensure a smooth and productive workflow.
Customer Education:Informing customers about menu items, brewing methods, and coffee blends.
