We are looking for a Relationship Manager with experience in partner/client management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with our partners, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience, addressing their concerns, and helping them succeed on the platform.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and act as their primary point of contact.
Manage partner onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement.
Resolve partner queries and concerns in a timely and qualified manner.
Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure partner satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with internal teams to address escalations and improve partner experience.
Monitor partner performance and share actionable insights for growth.
Drive partner engagement initiatives and ensure adherence to platform policies and processes.




Gather feedback from partners and work closely with relevant teams to improve products, processes, and overall experience.

Requirements
Experience in Relationship Management, Partner Success, Account Management, Customer Success, or similar roles.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Ability to build trust and maintain long-term qualified relationships.
Comfortable working in a quick-paced, high-growth environment.
Experience in managing partners, creators, consultants, service providers, or marketplace ecosystems will be an added advantage.
