Key Responsibilities
Manage high-volume recruitment and end-to-end Talent Acquisition.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and other sourcing platforms.
Plan and execute recruitment campaigns and walk-in drives.




Schedule and coordinate virtual and in-person interviews with candidates and senior management.
Ensure timely interview coordination, follow-ups, reminders, and candidate engagement.
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to selection and onboarding.
Maintain accurate recruitment MIS, data, and reports using Advanced Excel and MS Word.
Drive and implement social media recruitment initiatives.
Familiarity with AI-based recruitment tools and platforms will be an added advantage.

Candidate Profile
MBA/PGDM in HR is mandatory.
2–3 years of hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
Strong sourcing, communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Prior experience in volume hiring will be preferred.
Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced, target-oriented workplace.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate with candidates, hiring managers, and senior management.
