We are hiring an Autoclave Incharge to manage the sterilization process of IV fluid products, ensuring all autoclave operations comply with GMP and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :
Operate and monitor autoclave machines as per SOPs for sterilization of IV fluid batches
Maintain sterilization cycle records (temperature, pressure, time) accurately
Perform pre-checks and validation of autoclave loading and unloading
Ensure calibration and preventive maintenance schedules are followed
Coordinate with QA/QC for batch release and sterility assurance
Report equipment malfunctions and support timely corrective actions
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the sterilization area
Ensure compliance with GMP documentation for each sterilization cycle





Qualifications :
B.Sc/M.Sc in Chemistry, Microbiology, or related science field; Diploma/ITI in relevant technical trade also considered
2 to 3 years experience in pharma sterilization/autoclave operation is an added advantage
Basic knowledge of GMP, sterilization principles, and equipment handling
Attention to detail and ability to work in a regulated manufacturing setting
Good communication skills (Malayalam , hindi,English)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
