Order Processing
Process customer orders received on the admin panel.
Coordinate with the dispatch team for smooth order fulfillment.
Ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.
Order Tracking & Logistics
Track dispatched orders and monitor delivery status.
Coordinate with courier partners regarding shipment updates.
Follow up on orders that are still in transit and coordinate with customers regarding delivery updates.
Handle order-related issues such as delays, returns, or replacements.
Inventory Management
Maintain inventory records and monitor stock availability.
Ensure proper coordination between management teams regarding inventory requirements and stock updates.
Assist in stock planning and replenishment when required.
Preferred Skills
Experience in e-commerce operations.
Knowledge of courier platforms and inventory handling.
