Job Description

We are looking for a professional, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our US Healthcare administrative and operational activities.

The ideal candidate must have excellent spoken and written English communication skills and be comfortable communicating with US-based teams, clients, and internal stakeholders.

This is a non-medical administrative role. No nursing, medical, or clinical qualification is required.

Candidates with prior experience in US Healthcare Administration, Operations, RCM, or working with US-based clients will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day administrative and operational activities related to US Healthcare.
Manage professional email communication, documentation, reports, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with US-based teams, clients, and internal departments.
Maintain accurate records, spreadsheets,



and administrative documentation.
Assist with daily operational coordination and follow-up activities.
Prepare reports and maintain required data.
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communications.
Support HR and management with administrative activities when required.
Track pending tasks and ensure timely completion.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive company information professionally.
Perform other administrative and operational duties assigned by management.

Requirements
Excellent English communication skills – spoken and written.
Robust interpersonal and professional communication skills.
Positive knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and email.
Solid organizational and time-management skills.
Good attention to detail and follow-up skills.
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
