Job Description

We are looking for a responsible, trustworthy and well-organised Personal Assistant to provide administrative, professional and personal assistance in day-to-day activities.

The candidate should be comfortable with local as well as outstation travel whenever required for official or business-related work.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily schedules, appointments and meetings.
Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages, emails and correspondence.
Coordinate with clients, staff members and other professionals.
Prepare documents, reports and basic Excel work.
Maintain records and follow up on pending work.
Assist in office administration and day-to-day coordination.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Coordinate travel arrangements, bookings and schedules.
Travel outside Surat for official, business or other work whenever required.
Accompany the employer on outstation visits whenever required.
Coordinate with persons, offices,



clients and organisations during outstation visits.
Complete assigned administrative and personal tasks efficiently.
Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements
Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
Good communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi and English.
Basic knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, Email and WhatsApp.
Good organisational and time-management skills.
Smart, presentable and professional personality.
Must be comfortable travelling outside Surat whenever required.
Willingness to undertake occasional outstation travel, including overnight stays, when required.
Should be trustworthy, versatile and able to maintain confidentiality.
Freshers with good communication and computer skills may also apply.
