Job Description

Magna Metal & Mill Stores is hiring a Building Materials & HVAC Project Sales Executive for B2B project sales across Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula and nearby markets.

The candidate will work with HVAC contractors, MEP contractors, builders, consultants, project customers and institutional buyers for products related to HVAC, plumbing, piping and building services.

Key Responsibilities
Visit HVAC contractors, MEP contractors, builders, consultants and project sites.
Generate recent project enquiries and develop current customers.
Identify upcoming commercial, institutional and industrial projects.
Understand BOQs, specifications and customer requirements.
Promote HVAC, piping, plumbing, valves, actuators, pumps, insulation, fasteners and other building-services products.
Coordinate technical product selection with the internal team.
Prepare and follow up quotations.




Convert enquiries into purchase orders.
Build long-term relationships with contractors and project customers.
Conduct regular customer and site visits.
Maintain records of enquiries, projects and pending quotations.
Negotiate prices and commercial terms within company guidelines.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Gather competitor and market information.
