Job Timing : 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
Reports To: Accounts Manager / Finance Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an Account Executive with solid practical knowledge of Tally and MS Excel to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, perform reconciliations, and support billing, taxation, and reporting requirements.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Tally
Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally Prime.
Record sales, purchase, receipt, payment, journal, and contra entries.
Maintain customer and vendor ledgers.
Prepare and verify invoices, debit/credit notes, and vouchers.
Maintain proper accounting documentation and records.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.

Excel & MIS
Prepare and maintain accounting and financial reports using MS Excel.
Handle VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF/SUMIFS, IF, filters, sorting, conditional formatting,



and data validation.
Prepare reconciliation statements, outstanding reports, sales reports, expense reports, and other MIS.
Analyse accounting data and identify discrepancies.

Bank & Ledger Reconciliation
Perform regular bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
Reconcile customer and vendor accounts.
Track outstanding receivables and payables.
Identify and resolve differences in accounting records.

GST & Taxation Support
Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting activities.
Verify GST invoices and maintain proper supporting documentation.
Coordinate with senior accounts personnel/CA for tax filings and compliance.
Assist in preparing data required for audits and statutory returns.

Coordination & General Accounts
Coordinate with sales, purchase, stores, HR, and management regarding accounting-related matters.
Monitor daily transactions and ensure timely accounting entries.
