Job description:

Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Location: Kochi Branch

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the sales team to achieve branch targets.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Monitor team performance and provide guidance to improve results.

Build and maintain solid relationships with students and institutional partners.

Ensure smooth day-to-day sales operations and target achievement.

Requirements:

Minimum 3+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales.

Education sector (EdTech/Education) experience is mandatory.

Candidates without education sector experience will not be considered.

Proven experience in handling and leading a sales team.

Robust communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Based on experience)
