Role Overview:

Microland is looking to hire CA Freshers for multiple roles.

We are looking for a Chartered Accountant (CA) Fresher (2025/2026 pass-out) to join our Finance function. The selected candidate will gain exposure to Business Finance domains, depending on the selection for the required role supporting strategic initiatives in Deal Pricing and FP&A; (Financial Planning & Analysis).

Key Responsibilities:

In Business Finance (Deal Pricing & FP&A;):
Participate in deal pricing and financial modelling for new client engagements.
Support monthly and quarterly forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
Analyse financial performance metrics, profitability, and cost drivers.
Collaborate with delivery and sales teams to provide business insights.

Qualifications & Skills:




Qualified Chartered Accountant 2025/2026 batch (First or Second Attempt preferred).
Strong academic foundation in accounting, finance, and business analysis.
Proficiency in MS Excel and exposure to financial modelling.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced corporate workplace.
