Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Captain cum Supervisor to manage daily restaurant operations, supervise staff, and ensure excellent customer service and smooth outlet functioning.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations.
Manage and guide counter and service staff.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer concerns professionally.
Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance.
Ensure proper implementation of company SOPs and operational procedures.
Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and timely service.
Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
Handle cash and billing operations when required.
Monitor stock usage and report shortages or discrepancies to management.




Prepare daily operational reports and communicate issues to the management.
Train and support new employees.
Ensure the outlet is properly opened and closed according to company procedures.

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in a restaurant or food & beverage industry.
Previous experience in a Captain, Supervisor, Senior Counter Staff, or similar role is preferred.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage a team and handle customer situations professionally.
Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards.
Must be responsible, punctual, and disciplined.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced restaurant workplace.
