We are looking for a responsible, disciplined, and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations & Customer Support Executive to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have good English communication skills, experience in customer calling and handling, basic knowledge of Shopify, and valuable working knowledge of Excel. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer communication as well as day-to-day e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer calls and resolve customer queries professionally.
Follow up with customers regarding orders, confirmations, deliveries, and other concerns.
Manage and update orders on Shopify.
Maintain and update customer and order-related data accurately.
Prepare and maintain Excel sheets and operational reports.
Coordinate with courier and logistics partners regarding deliveries, re-attempts, and shipment-related issues.
Monitor order status and ensure timely follow-ups.
Handle day-to-day e-commerce operational activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.




Maintain proper records and ensure data accuracy.
Learn and efficiently use new tools and software required for daily operations.

Requirements
Minimum 6 months of experience in calling/customer handling.
Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Shopify.
Valuable knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including basic formulas and data management.
Ability to maintain and organise data accurately.
Valuable computer skills and familiarity with online tools.
Good communication and follow-up skills.
Ability to learn new tools and processes quickly.
Strong attention to detail.
Disciplined, punctual, and responsible towards assigned work.
Ability to multitask and manage day-to-day operational activities.
