Hand on experience on Grinding Machine, Rolling Machine, Milling & turning Machine, Washing Machine, Assembly Line equipment, laser marking machine, Gantry, CNC based machining Centre, Induction Hardening, robots, SPM etc.
Hand on experience on MAG m/c, FIMAT, EMAG, GH & EFD Induction hardening, NACHI, NOVA, GALA, BESTEK, IZUMI, ACE, GUDEL Gantry etc.
Positive Knowledge of Hydraulics & Pneumatic system.
Valuable Knowledge of Ball screw, LM ways, Spindle, Turret, Chuck, Bearing, Gear box, Pumps, Belt, Pulley, Chain, Conveyor
Read Mechanical, Hydraulics & Pneumatics drawing
Good System knowledge of PM, PDM, CBM, TBM, Vibration Analysis etc.
Valuable Communication.

Diploma / BE / ITI - 5+ Years Experience
