Key Responsibilities:
Guide students in selecting suitable courses, programs, or career paths.
Explain academic programs, admission procedures, and opportunities to students.
Handle student inquiries through calls, messages, and in-person meetings.
Maintain records of student interactions and follow-ups.
Support students through the admission and enrollment process.
Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to achieve counseling targets.
Provide feedback to improve academic offerings and student experience.

Required Skills:
Minimum 6 months experience as an Academic Counselor or in a similar role.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand student needs and provide explicit guidance.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM tools).
Strong convincing and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:




Bachelor’s degree in any field (Education or Management preferred).
Fluency in English and Malayalam.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
