Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Presales Team Leader to lead and manage the presales team for our real estate projects. The role will be responsible for lead management, team performance, lead qualification, site-visit generation, customer engagement, and coordination with the Sales team to achieve project sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Team Management
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Presales Executives / Telecallers.
Allocate leads to team members and ensure timely follow-up.
Monitor individual and team performance against defined KPIs.
Conduct daily briefings, performance reviews, and regular coaching sessions.
Identify training and development requirements of team members.
Ensure discipline, productivity, and adherence to company processes.
Lead Management




Manage leads generated through digital marketing, portals, campaigns, referrals, walk-ins, and other sources.
Ensure prompt response and systematic follow-up on all enquiries.
Monitor lead ageing, lead status, and follow-up activities through CRM.
Ensure proper qualification of leads based on budget, location preference, configuration, and purchase timeline.
Maintain a healthy and active lead pipeline.
Site Visit & Sales Conversion
Drive the team to achieve monthly targets for qualified leads and site visits.
Coordinate with the Sales team for effective handover of qualified leads.
Track site-visit outcomes and ensure timely follow-up.
Analyse reasons for lost leads and develop corrective action plans.
Support the Sales team in improving lead-to-site-visit and site-visit-to-booking conversion ratios.
Customer Handling
Handle key/high-value customer enquiries and escalations.
