Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of a 50MW Data Centre project, with potential for future capacity expansion.

This is a senior leadership position focused on project execution during the critical fitting-out / white space stage. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project delivery, MEP coordination, programme, cost, quality, risk, testing & commissioning, and stakeholder relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in data centre, mission-critical, MEP, or large-scale infrastructure projects, with proven experience leading complex projects from execution through completion.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale data centre and mission-critical projects.
Oversee project execution across Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) disciplines.




Ensure project delivery is aligned with client requirements, specifications, programme, budget, and quality standards.
Manage key stakeholders including clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
Drive programme, cost, risk, quality, and resource management throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide technical and strategic leadership during testing & commissioning activities.
Develop and implement effective project delivery and execution strategies.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and delays, and implement appropriate mitigation plans.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, governance requirements, health & safety standards, and project procedures.
Lead, mentor, and develop project teams working in office.
Support commercial and operational decision-making to achieve successful project outcomes.
