Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement comprehensive quality control processes to ensure high standards of service delivery.
Lead cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues, improving overall process efficiency.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement corrective action plans for identified quality issues.
Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement in quality control processes.
Provide training and coaching to team members on quality control procedures and best practices.





Job Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience in quality management or a related field.
Strong knowledge of quality control principles, practices, and procedures.
