About the Role

We are looking for a YouTube Content & Growth Strategist to take ownership of a recent faceless YouTube brand being built for a global English-speaking audience.

The channel sits at the intersection of psychology, spirituality, self-awareness, manifestation, ancient wisdom and modern life.

This is not a traditional social-media-manager role.

We are looking for someone who understands how YouTube actually grows through:
solid topic selection
clickable titles
high-performing thumbnails
audience psychology
storytelling
retention
competitor research
analytics
repeatable content systems

The ideal candidate should be able to take a channel from zero to a scalable content operation.

Key Responsibilities
YouTube Strategy
Develop and continuously refine the overall YouTube content strategy.
Identify high-potential topics based on audience demand, competitor activity and emerging trends.
Build monthly and quarterly content roadmaps.
Identify repeatable content formats and winning content pillars.
Understand the difference between search-led,



browse-led and recommendation-led content.
Competitor & Trend Research

Regularly analyse relevant YouTube channels and content categories, including:
psychology
spirituality
philosophy
self-development
manifestation
storytelling
faceless media channels

Track:
breakout videos
title patterns
thumbnail styles
recurring topics
posting frequency
audience comments
content gaps
emerging trends

The role should identify what is already working and, more importantly, what competitors are not doing yet.
Topic, Title & Thumbnail Strategy

Own the packaging of every long-form video.

For each topic, develop:
working title options
final title recommendation
thumbnail concept
emotional trigger
curiosity angle
target viewer
reason the viewer should click

Titles should avoid generic formats and instead focus on robust emotional or psychological probl
