Role & responsibilities

Coordinate end-to-end interview scheduling across multiple time zones (India, UK, US). To ensure a smooth and efficient interview process that aligns with global stakeholders and avoids delays in hiring.

Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment lifecycle. To deliver a professional, consistent, and engaging candidate experience.

Source candidates through approved channels including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and internal databases. To build and maintain strong talent pipelines and support increased direct hiring capability.
Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably Jobvite
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook (calendar management) and Excel (tracking/reporting)
Experience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards
Strong experience scheduling interviews across multiple time zones
Solid understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
Experience working with external recruitment agencies and managing candidate pipelines
