Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Senior Human Resources Executive to manage and strengthen HR operations across a quick-growing, operations-driven organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, performance management, employee engagement, compliance, and HR reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate, operational, and field roles.
Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with hiring managers.
Source, screen, interview, evaluate, and onboard candidates.
Manage job postings, recruitment agencies, interview schedules, and offer processes.




Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring positions.

HR Operations
Manage employee onboarding, documentation, confirmations, transfers, and exits.
Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and personnel documentation.
Coordinate with payroll teams for attendance, salary inputs, deductions, and employee changes.
Ensure timely and consistent execution of HR processes and policies.

Employee Relations & Engagement
Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and HR-related queries.
Handle employee grievances professionally and confidentially.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.
Support managers in resolving employee-related issues and maintaining a positive workplace culture.

Performance Management
Coordinate performance appraisal and review cycles.
Track employee goals, performance reviews, confirmations, and improvem
