Role & responsibilities

The Plant Manager position is responsible for :
Oversee daily operations of the LPG plant to ensure efficiency and compliance with safety standards.
Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize production processes.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.
Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet production targets.
Ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory requirements.
Lead and mentor a team of managers and staff to achieve operational excellence.
Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders to enhance plant performance.
Prepare and manage the plant's budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure product standards.
