We are looking for a Cooking Assistant to support our kitchen team in preparing buns, rice dishes, and other menu items. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a quick-paced kitchen, maintain hygiene standards, and follow recipes and portion sizes consistently.

Responsibilities
Assist in preparing and cooking buns, rice dishes, fillings, sauces, and other menu items
Prepare and portion ingredients according to recipes
Assist with steaming, frying, sautéing, assembling, and plating
Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and portion sizes
Keep the cooking area, utensils, and equipment clean and organised
Follow food safety and kitchen hygiene standards
Check ingredients and inform the supervisor about low-stock or missing items
Assist with basic kitchen prep before service and cleaning after service
Follow instructions from the head cook or kitchen supervisor
Help ensure orders are prepared accurately and on time

Compensation

15K to 25K

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
