Role & responsibilities
Perform process feasibility and formability analysis using AutoForm for sheet metal components.
Optimize draw panels, draw bead geometry, and blank size for improved process performance and material utilization.
Recommend design changes to enhance manufacturability and process feasibility.
Resolve manufacturing issues through simulation and process optimization.
Prepare simulation, feasibility, and technical reports to support project execution.

Required Skills:
Working knowledge of CATIA V5 (Surface Modeling)
Working knowledge of AutoForm.
