Core Responsibilities
Instruction & Planning: Design daily and annual lesson plans, deliver lectures, and lead analytical discussions on historical events, civic structures, and economic theories.
Board Exam Prep: Train senior students for board examinations through mock tests, previous year paper reviews, and targeted revision.
Assessment & Evaluation: Create question papers, grade assignments, projects, and term exams, and track individual student metrics.
Classroom Leadership: Maintain a positive, disciplined learning workplace that encourages debate and critical thought.
Parent Communication: Meet with guardians during Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) to report academic development.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Master’s degree (M.A.) in History, Geography, Political Science, Economics, or Sociology.
Professional Certification: Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree.
Experience: 2 to 5 years of prior high school teaching experience.
Key Skills: Robust verbal communication, deep content mastery, and proficiency with digital classroom tools.
