Roles and Responsibilities
Provide after-sales support to customers by installing, maintaining, and repairing machines at their premises.
Conduct breakdown maintenance on hydraulic systems, electrical equipment, and other machinery to ensure optimal performance.
Perform field service work to resolve issues related to machine installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
Offer technical assistance through phone calls or site visits for resolving customer queries about machine operation and maintenance.
