Key Responsibilities
Market Research & Strategy Development
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify recent international business opportunities.
Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
Develop and implement growth strategies aligned with company objectives.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Actively seek new business through cold calling, bulk mailing, and social media outreach.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and potential partners.
Ensure a solid client satisfaction and retention rate.
Sales & Negotiation
Present and pitch company products/services to potential clients.




Lead negotiations with stakeholders and close profitable business deals.
Collaboration with Internal Teams
Work closely with the marketing team to design customized sales campaigns.
Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align with company growth targets.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
Track performance metrics and report progress to senior management.
Analyse sales data and market trends to make informed, data-driven decisions.

Requirements:
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
Basic understanding of International Sales / Export operations.
Strong business acumen and industry awareness.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Proficiency with tech tools such as Excel, Mailchimp, CRM systems, etc.
Willingness to work in UK Shift (01:30 PM 10:30 PM IST).
