Role: VP – Enterprise Digital Systems & Technologies

Location: Delhi NCR (Hybrid)

EXL is seeking a
core technologist and delivery leader
to establish and scale the
Enterprise Digital Delivery
within the Enterprise Digital function. This role is pivotal in driving
technology-led transformation
, shaping
enterprise application strategy
, and building a
future-ready practice
that accelerates EXL’s digital journey globally.

The leader will be accountable for
designing, delivering, and governing enterprise applications
(SaaS, ERP, CRM, BPM, custom applications) while embedding
cutting-edge digital capabilities
such as
cloud-native solutions, API-led architecture, AI/ML, and automation frameworks
.

The role combines
deep technical expertise with large-scale delivery leadership
, ensuring that EXL’s enterprise platforms are
up-to-date, integrated, and business-outcome driven

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Application Delivery & Modernization
Establish and scale the Enterprise Application Delivery CoE with a
vision anchored in future technology trends
.




Ability to engage and manage enterprise digitization requirements with
Enterprise Functions of HR, Finance, Sales & Marketing, Legal & Compliance, and Operations
Ability to
lead and develop In-House teams
with a combination of Core Systems Technologies and Bespoke Applications
Build
reference architectures, playbooks, and reusable frameworks
for enterprise application delivery.
Drive
talent development
through advanced training, certifications, and structured career paths.
Competence in Core Systems and Technologies related to HRIS, ERP, CRM, CMS, and Enterprise Workflows
Proficient in a combination of Cloud Technologies and Hybrid Applications Settings.
Lead delivery of enterprise platforms (ERP, CRM, HCM, BPM, SaaS, custom apps) with a focus on
scalability, security, and performance

Drive
cloud transformation, microservices adoption, and next-gen integration architectures
.
