About The Role
We are looking for an experienced and proactive
HR Manager
to manage end-to-end HR operations and support employee engagement, recruitment, compliance, and organizational development at our Bengaluru location.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, documentation, attendance, leave, and exit formalities.
Handle end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing candidates to interviews, selection, and joining.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Manage payroll inputs, attendance, leave records, and coordinate with payroll teams.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
Address employee queries, grievances, and workplace concerns professionally.
Drive employee engagement, retention, and performance-management initiatives.
Coordinate training and development programs.
Prepare and maintain HR reports and MIS.




Work closely with management and department heads on manpower planning and HR requirements.

Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–6 years of experience in HR management or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and labour compliance.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/payroll systems.
Ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion.
Candidates who can work from Kudlu Gate, Bengaluru are preferred.
