Job Summary

EPACK Prefab Technologies Limited is looking for a proactive and organized Executive Assistant to the Director – Sales & Business Coordination.

The role is suitable for a 0–3 years experienced candidate who will work closely with the Director and support sales coordination, business development, client coordination, MIS reporting, meeting follow-ups, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Director’s Office Coordination
Manage the Director’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and daily priorities.
Coordinate internal and external meetings.
Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and reports.
Record MOMs and track action points for timely closure.
Follow up with concerned teams on tasks assigned by the Director.





Sales & Business Coordination
Coordinate with Sales and Business Development teams for enquiries, leads, proposals, and order status.
Maintain trackers for sales enquiries, business pipeline, proposals, and orders.
Follow up with internal teams for pending technical, commercial, estimation, and proposal-related activities.
Prepare regular sales and business updates for the Director.

Cross-Functional Coordination
Coordinate with Sales, Estimation, Design, Projects, Production, Procurement, Finance, and Commercial teams.
Collect and consolidate updates from different departments.
Escalate significant pending matters to the Director.
Ensure timely communication and follow-up on management decisions.

Client & Business Support
Coordinate client meetings, calls, presentations, and follow-ups.
Maintain records of client discussions and action points.
Assist in preparing client presentations, proposals,
