About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Sr. Sales Consultant for a leading organization in the Wellness & Fitness Services industry in Current Delhi.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in consultative sales, premium client handling, business development, and revenue generation. This role is suited for professionals who have experience managing high-value clients and consistently achieving sales targets.

You will be responsible for converting qualified leads into clients, developing new business opportunities, driving upselling and cross-selling, and building long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
Drive new client acquisition and achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.




Conduct one-on-one consultations and understand individual client requirements.
Use a consultative selling approach to recommend suitable solutions.
Manage upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing clients.
Generate recent business opportunities through BTL activities, MOU partnerships, events, referrals and other channels.
Work closely with the central marketing team to maximize lead conversion.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients after onboarding.
Build and maintain strong relationships with premium and HNI clients.
Monitor daily consultation numbers, conversions and revenue performance.
Develop strategies to improve conversion rates and overall studio revenue.
Contribute to business development and local market expansion.
Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset and take ownership of business targets.

Required Skills & Experience
7+ years of proven experience in sales
, preferably in premium, consultative or solution-based selling.
