Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to manage the company's accounting operations, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and day-to-day finance activities. The ideal candidate should possess robust accounting knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and hands-on experience with accounting software and ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate books of accounts.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Perform bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and account reconciliations.
Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, and other statutory regulations.
Handle month-end and year-end closing activities.
Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, P&L;, and Balance Sheet for management review.
Coordinate with auditors,



bankers, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
Monitor receivables and ensure timely collections from customers.
Verify vendor invoices, payment vouchers, employee reimbursements, and expense reports.
Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of accounting records.
Support the Director with financial analysis and strategic decision-making.

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Sound understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliances.
Proficiency in Tally Prime/ERP, Busy ERP, or SAP.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, MIS Reports).
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
