Key Responsibilities
HR Technology & Application Management
Own and manage the organization's HR technology ecosystem, including HRMS, Talent, Recruitment, Payroll, Travel, Expense, Learning and other HR applications.
Manage applications such as Oracle HCM, PeopleStrong, Happay, Quest2Travel, Disperz and other connected business applications.
Act as the primary technology SPOC between HR, IT, Business Application teams, vendors and implementation partners.
Drive application enhancements, configuration changes, upgrades, releases and current technology implementations.
Ensure application availability, performance, security and seamless user experience.
Manage application incidents, defects, change requests and escalations through defined SLAs.
Identify prospects to simplify, consolidate and optimize the HR application landscape.
Integration Management – Core Responsibility
Own the end-to-end HR technology integration landscape across multiple applications.
Design, implement and manage integrations using:
REST/SOAP APIs
SFTP/file-based integrations




JSON/XML/CSV data exchange
Other integration mechanisms, wherever applicable.
Understand source-to-target data flows, integration architecture, transformation logic, validations and error handling.
Work closely with IT integration teams and vendors to design robust integration solutions.
Monitor integration failures, perform root-cause analysis and drive permanent resolution.
Establish appropriate monitoring, alerting, reconciliation and exception-handling mechanisms.
Ensure data integrity across upstream and downstream applications.
Maintain integration documentation, data mappings, interface specifications and dependency matrices.
Review and validate integration designs proposed by vendors/implementation partners.
Drive automation of integration monitoring and reduce manual intervention.
Manage integration changes during HRMS implementations, mergers, organizational rest
